All orders are promptly responded to, however, due to heavy holiday volume, orders may take 1 - 2 days to process. Orders placed after 12 noon are processed the next business day. Orders are shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday because of weekend delays. Depending on the destination, Ground shipments may take up to 10 business days to arrive. Tillamook is off the beaten path, so UPS 2nd Day Air shipments may actually require 3 business days to arrive at their destination.

Shipping Specifications:

Many of our products are perishable and require special handling when the weather is warm.  Perishable shipments to warm weather states should be sent 2nd Day Air, regardless of the time of year, to ensure product quality on arrival.  In addition, all perishable shipments between May 1 and October 1 require 2nd Day Air Shipping and Cold Pack Treatment.  A special summer handling surcharge of $6.00 will apply. 

Standard Delivery:

All orders are processed promptly and shipped via UPS or by the United States Postal Service. Due to the perishable nature of our products, most orders are scheduled to ship early in the week to avoid weekend delays. Therefore, we ask that you please allow for a minimum of 10 working days from when we receive your order for product arrival.

Express Delivery:

Express deliveries are sent via UPS Air service or by USPS Priority Mail and will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping time does not include the day the order was placed, weekends or holidays.

Air Delivery:

Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipments will arrive within 1 – 2 working days, respectively, from date of shipment. Please note that the date of shipment may not be the day of your order. Shipping time does not include weekends or holidays. Next Day and 2nd Day shipments are only mailed Monday-Wednesday.

International Orders:

We are happy to ship your order internationally, subject to any regulations or restrictions for your destination. Please call us for shipping charges and other requirements. Country Cupboard does not guarantee that duties will not be imposed or that packages will not be delayed at customs. We're sorry, we cannot guarantee delivery of international shipments.

Priority Mail For APO/FPO Only

If you are shipping to a PO Box or military address (APO or FPO) you must ship your order using US Postal Service. Priority mail is a non-guaranteed method of shipping. Country Cupboard Gifts is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or otherwise missing. Please do not select priority mail if you are not sending to a PO Box or a military address. Priority Mail packages are normally delivered within 3 to 5 days. However, please allow up to 2 weeks for non guaranteed delivery.

Postal and delivery services will not forward packages and we cannot accept returns of perishable products. US Postal Service does not guarantee timely delivery of perishable products. We cannot guarantee the quality of products shipped via US Postal Service.
